After getting quotes from 6 different pool manufacturers, we choose Crystal Clear Pools for a few reasons.
Lindsay showed up on time for the quote and came prepared with a bag full of brochures that we could look through. Her friendly demeanor made talking with her a joy.
When Mike came out to measure our lot he had several ways of doing this and took precise measurements much more so than any other company .
Mike made a 3D video of what the pool would look like throughout the day, This was so amazing to see the shadows and how it would look at night. Plus it looks just like the finished item.
Mike, Lindsay and Adam worked hard to understand our vision and implement that. They wanted to make sure that every time we step into the pool it makes us happy and they succeeded a million times over.
It is just hard now to get any work done because we always want to be in the pool :0
Because they themselves are pool owners they were aware of potential pitfall that can only be understood by someone that has their own pool. Knowing what I know now, I would never have someone build my pool unless they have had one themselves. Ask them about the hot dog trail:)
Their crews were all amazing, friendly, hardworking, and they really did an amazing job. The electricians did an amazing job of hiding wires and making it all look beautiful. The decking is top notch.
Lindsay, Mike, Kayleigh, Judy and Adam were all wonderful to work with. This is not just a job for them, they love what they do. These are the type of people that I want to have as friends for a lifetime.
Last but certainly not least. You can count on them, they communicate well and if they say someone will be out, they will be.
